- CHECK-IN: From 16:00 h. (It is mandatory to notify arrival time with at least 48 h. in advance).
- CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 h. Takes place in Plaza de Santa María, nº2, 2º A, and can leave your luggage at the office. Late check-out until 15:30 h. (subject to availability): 30% of the total amount. Later than 15.30 h. total amount must be paid.
- KEY COLLECTION: Guest have to pick up the keys Optima Rooms, located a few steps from the apartment. In Plaza de Santa María nº2, 2ºA. Customer can park in hotel 's loading and unloading area while collecting the keys and check-in, and then the hotel parking can be reserved (subject to availability) upon arrival.
-CRADLE: Free cot under request. They must be confirmed by the accommodation.
-CHILDREN: Children from 0 to 2 years stay for free and from 2 to 12 years at 50% of the price of an adult and must sleep in existing beds in the accommodation (not in extra beds). They are under request and must be confirmed by the accommodation.
- ADDITIONAL GUEST: 8€ from 2 pax.
- WE DO NOT REQUEST DEPOSIT ON ARRIVAL BUT GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW CREDIT CARD: Guests must provide the details of a credit card during check-in as a deposit to cover possible incidents and/or damage, or to pay for additional services.
- SUPPLEMENT OF CLEANING: Apartment will be cleaned 1 time a week (1 time every 7 days). If client would like to have the room cleaned, he would have to pay a supplement of 14.90€ for extra cleaning.
- PETS: Pets are welcome but must pay a supplement of 10€ if they weigh less than 10kg. And from that weight, 1€ more per kilo.
- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel up to 7 days before the date of entry with the refundable reservation. If the contracted rate is non-refundable, no changes or refunds are allowed.
- PAYMENT METHOD: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Cash or bank transfer.

- CANCELLATION POLICY: Partially non-refundable (50% is paid at the time of booking and 50% 7 days before the date of entry). In case of late cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- PAYMENT METHOD: By bank transfer up to 7 days: 50% of the amount. The other 50% is always non-refundable.
