In addition, the facilities have all the amenities for a very comfortable stay such as air conditioning and household accessories.
The apartment is located next to the Basilica of Santa Eulalia and a few steps from the most emblematic monuments of Mérida listed as World Heritage.

- CHECK OUT: Until 11:00 a.m.

- CRADLE: Free cot on request. They must be confirmed by the accommodation.
- PETS: Pets are welcome but a supplement of €10 per pet and night of stay must be paid (maximum 3 pets).
- CREDIT CARD: Customers must provide credit card details during check-in as a deposit to cover possible incidents and/or damages or to pay for additional services during their stay.
- CLEANING SUPPLEMENT: The apartment will be cleaned once a week. (1 time every 7 days). If the client wanted his room cleaned, he would have to pay a supplement of €14.90 for extra cleaning.
- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel up to 5 days before the date of entry with the refundable reservation. If the contracted rate is non-refundable, no changes or refunds are allowed.
