It is located in Islantilla, 10 minutes walk from the beachand the shopping center, between Isla Cristina and the Piedras river marshes and a few kilometers from the Islantilla golf club, which makes it perfect for a getaway to combine rest and fun.
Terms:
- CHECK-IN: Until 15:00h.
- CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 h. Guests must leave the keys in the room. Late check-out until 15:30 (subject to availability): 30% of the total amount. Later than 15.30 h. total amount must be paid.
- KEY COLLECTION: In the apartment.
- CRADLE:Free cot under request. They must be confirmed by the accommodation.
- SUPPLEMENT OF CLEANING: It must be paid 45€ additional (not included in the price). If guests request an extra cleaning, they must pay another 45€.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT:100€.
- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
- MINIMUM STAY:10 nights, variable, check the minimum stay.
- CANCELLATION POLICY:Partially non-refundable (50% is paid at the time of booking and 50% 7 days before the date of entry). In case of late cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- PAYMENT METHOD: By bank transfer up to 7 days: 50% of the amount. The other 50% is always non-refundable.
