Beautiful apartment with careful decoration for max. 2 people. It has a room with double bed and a small but well equipped kitchen. In addition the facilities have all the comforts for a perfect stay such as air conditioning and home accesories.

The apartment is located in the center of Merida, right in Plaza de España and a few steps from the most emblematic monuments of Merida listed as World Heritage.

Terms:

- CHECK-IN: From 15:00 h.

- CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 h.

- CRADLE: Free cot under request. They must be confirmed by the accommodation.

- WE DO NOT REQUEST DEPOSIT ON ARRIVAL BUT GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW CREDIT CARD:Guests must provide the details of a credit card during check-in as a deposit to cover possible incidents and/or damage, or to pay for additional services.

- SUPPLEMENT OF CLEANING: Apartment will be cleaned 1 time a week (1 time every 7 days). If client would like to have the room cleaned, he would have to pay a supplement of 14.90€ for extra cleaning.

- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.

- CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel up to 5 days before the date of entry with the refundable reservation. If the contracted rate is non-refundable, no changes or refunds are allowed.

- PAYMENT METHOD: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Cash or bank transfer.
