It is located in the center of Mérida, a few meters from the ROMAN THEATER and very close to some of the enclaves of great historical value such as the Arch of Trajan or the Portico of the Municipal Forum of Augusta Emérita.

- KEY COLLECTION: From 15:00 in the apartment itself
- CLEANING SUPPLEMENT: The apartment will be cleaned once a week. (1 time every 7 days). If the client wanted their room cleaned, they would have to pay a supplement of € 14.90 for extra cleaning.
- COT: Free cot on request. They must be confirmed by the accommodation.
- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT
- Pets: Not allowed.
- We DO NOT REQUEST A DEPOSIT ON ARRIVAL BUT IF THE CREDIT CARD. Clients must provide credit card details before arrival as a deposit to cover possible incidents and / or damages or to pay for the additional services of their stay.
- CANCELATION POLICY: You can cancel up to 5 days before arrival for refundable reservations. If the contracted rate is non-refundable, neither changes nor returns are accepted.
